Alcohol awareness, beer, spirits, liqueurs, introduction to cocktails, sake, coffee, teas and infusions and water. The content will also explore non-alcoholic alternatives where available. 

Following the course Sommeliers Academy hope you will have developed new skills that increase your personal confidence which may also improve your future career opportunities. The main purpose of this course, however, is to help prepare you for future Sommelier exams which require knowledge beyond just wine.
