Aimed at building up confidence, efficiency and improving customer service levels, this course focuses on the soft skills needed to optimize wine service and satisfy the expectations of guests. Through online lectures, videos and interactive quizzes, candidates will learn how to properly present and serve wines, manage glassware and temperatures, understand food pairing, increase sales and deal with client expectations. These skills will be validated by an exam at the end of two days of learning.
Duration: Once enrolled, this course can be taken at any time and at the candidate’s own pace. The course is module based and consists of around 16 hours of study, depending on the candidate. Candidates should manage their own progression and study time to complete the course. Hotline support and mentoring are provided during office hours (Mon to Fri 8:30 -15:30).
