Aimed at building up confidence, efficiency and improving customer service levels, this course focuses on the soft skills needed to optimize wine service and satisfy the expectations of guests. Through lectures, role plays and practical exercises, the student will learn how to properly present and serve wines, manage glassware and temperatures, understand food pairing, increase sales and deal with client expectations. These skills will be validated by an exam at the end of two days of learning.
Duration: Once enrolled, this course can be taken at any time and at the student’s own pace. The course is module based and consists of around 16 hours of study, depending on the student. Students should manage their own progression and study time to complete the course. Hotline support and mentoring is provided.
