Course Objective
Every candidate for Sommeliers Academy courses without prior or recognised qualifications must seat the Orientation Assessment Examination.
This will allow us to guide you towards the most appropriate training level.
Assessment Module One is a variable set of 100 Questions to be answered over one hour. It is a prerequisite for Wine Ambassador and Wine Service Advanced.
Assessment Module Two consists of a short essay and identification with description of one beverage over 30 minutes.
Both assessment modules must be undertaken as a prerequisite to register for SASA, CFPPA and ASI qualifications.
Timeline:
Results within 5 working days. Results are valid for one calendar year.
