Food and Wine Assessment

Quiz notes:

Students must complete each quiz before being given access to the next leaning stage of the course. Students should also answer 50% of the questions correctly before being able to progress to validate their learning. MCQ’s will be time limited (according to each quiz) and must be completed in one attempt. If students do not achieve the required number of correct answers or fail to complete the quiz, they will need to begin the learning session again until they do.
